民進黨主席、總統參選人蔡英文預定10月上旬訪問日本，外交部亞東關係協會祕書長張仁久今天(24日)表示，尚未正式收到民進黨的公文，若收到後將依照往例儘量協助蔡英文的訪問行程。

張仁久說：『(原音)民進黨黨部方面還沒有給我們正式行文，所以當然我們是按照他們的要求或希望儘量提供一些協助，多半是以行政，譬如說通關、禮遇這方面，我想沒有問題，至於行程的安排，目前我們還不曉得。』

張仁久強調，台日關係一直持續增進，高層互訪頻繁，與日本保持密切交流符合台灣的外交利益。
